Ready-made goods that are in stock will be shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping generally takes place within 7 working days after receipt of your order. The exact delivery time may vary depending on availability and order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

For personalised goods that are manufactured according to your individual specifications, we will contact you after your order to clarify the exact details. The production of personalised products may require additional time. Once production is complete, the goods will be shipped immediately to the delivery address you provided. The estimated delivery time will be communicated to you during this contact process.

5.3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed clearly during the ordering process and depend on the selected shipping method as well as the order volume. Any additional costs arising from selecting a delivery method other than our offered standard shipping will be charged separately.
