How Our Prices Are Calculated

To help you understand exactly what you are paying for, we have developed our own calculation tool.

It takes into account all cost factors, allowing us to offer you a transparent and fair final price.

Included are not only the obvious material costs, but also all the efforts needed to ensure a high-quality end product:


Machinery


• Purchase, depreciation, and maintenance of all production machines

• Production and machine operating times

• Energy consumption of machines

• Spare parts and wear materials

• Software licenses for CAD/CAM and machine control

Human Resources


• Processing of your individual data/designs

• Programming and setup of machines

• Post-processing, cleaning, and quality control

• Product and process development, prototyping

• Customer service and consulting

• Administration, accounting, taxes, and legal fees

• Training and further education of our team

Infrastructure


• Workshop and warehouse spaces (rent, maintenance, insurance)

• Air conditioning, lighting, and general electricity consumption

• Material and inventory management costs

• Packaging, shipping, and CO₂ compensation

• IT infrastructure, backup, and security systems

• Waste disposal and recycling


This structure clearly shows that our price not only covers the visible end product but includes all the services and resources needed for quality, reliability, and on-time delivery.

Data Submission


The customer provided us with a precise .dxf drawing of the desired component.

Material Selection


Since the requested 4 mm carbon sheet was not immediately available, we agreed to use a 3.5 mm thick plate – optimal for weight and strength.

Calculation & Offer


Based on the drawing, material, and machining times, we prepared a transparent price calculation and sent the offer.

Production started after written confirmation.

Manufacturing & First Prototype


• CNC milling of the first component from 3.5 mm carbon

• Deburring and cleaning

• Test fitting on the drone chassis: 100% perfect fit, no rework required

Series Production

After a successful first prototype, we manufactured the second (final) identical part and performed a final quality control.

Delivery

Secure packaging of the manufactured parts and selection of an appropriate shipping method.

Thanks to clear communication, quick material adaptation, and precise CNC machining, the customer received lightweight, highly stable, and perfectly fitting components – ready for the next flight.
